2 - Delivery:
To transport your package, "Tentes 4 Saisons" working with "La Poste" and using the Colissimo service for all parcels weighing less than 30 kg. Beyond that weight, "Tentes 4 Saisons" reserves the choice of carrier.
On departure of your package from "Tentes 4 Saisons", you will receive an email with the Colissimo tracking number of your package.
In France, deliveries are made securely by "La Poste", by "Colissimo delivered against signature." Once the package prepared by us, it will be delivered against signature in an indicative period of 48 hours. If you are away during delivery, an instance will be left in your mailbox.
Within 15 days, you will get your package in the nearest post office to you, using an ID. You will then be asked to sign the proof of delivery. Follow any time the delivery of your package on www.colissimo.fr
By opting for delivery by Colissimo, you make the choice of a carrier which compensates for the CO2 emissions of all packages delivered to reduce the environmental impact.
